Ana Cupp LCSW
(she/her)
“Healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about remembering who you were before the world told you otherwise.”
Hi, I’m Ana, and I help people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply exhausted by life’s demands begin to feel like themselves again.
Growing up with my own share of adversity and living much of my life with undiagnosed neurodivergence, I understand what it’s like to feel unsupported in a world that doesn’t always make space for our pain. That lived experience fuels my passion for creating an environment where people, especially those who have felt unseen or misunderstood, can feel truly safe, heard, and supported.
I believe that while we can’t choose the circumstances we’re born into, we can choose how we move forward. Therapy offers a space to rewrite your story, reconnect with your truth, and build a life that genuinely feels like your own.
🛋️What Therapy with Me Feels Like:
My approach is warm, honest, compassionate, and collaborative. I show up as my authentic self, grounded, genuine, and without judgment. I believe meaningful change begins with connection, and that healing happens when you feel seen without shame.
Whether we’re working to understand what it’s like to be a neurodivergent person in a world designed for neurotypical individuals, exploring childhood trauma, navigating relationship challenges, or untangling anxiety, depression, or overwhelm, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll co-create a space where you feel empowered to explore, grow, and heal at your own pace.
🔎My Approach to Healing:
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who believes in the power of the mind-body connection. This means we won’t just talk through what’s happening in your life; we’ll also explore how those experiences show up in your body and work gently to release them using somatic and brain-based tools. I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs.
🌊A Little About Me
Outside the therapy room, I’m a nature-loving person who enjoys life with my two energetic German Shepherds. Whether I’m hiking a trail, baking something delicious, snowboarding down a mountain, or getting lost in a good book or movie, I strive to live in alignment with the same values I bring to therapy: presence, curiosity, joy, and care.
I’m also deeply curious about people, places, and cultures, and I bring that openness into every session. I prioritize my own healing and well-being so I can show up fully for you.
💛 Let’s Connect
Therapy isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about starting a conversation. Whether you're navigating something painful, seeking clarity, or simply wanting a space to be yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
