Anna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor III (CADCIII), and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. Her client-centered, strength-based approach focuses on highlighting each person’s unique capabilities while tailoring therapy to meet their specific needs.
She specializes in addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma, and utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care. Anna is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles into her work, helping clients better understand and heal different parts of themselves.
Anna believes in the healing power of humor and uses it thoughtfully to help create a safe, supportive space for growth. She emphasizes practical progress and works alongside clients to create meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of work, Anna finds balance and joy with her family and young children, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and spending time with her beloved dogs. These moments keep her grounded and connected to what matters most.
