Caila Woldeit
Professional Counselor Associate

(she/her)

My passion for counseling stems from a deep curiosity about what helps people heal, not just from the symptoms they experience but from the underlying wounds and patterns that shape their lives. I believe that each person has an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and Self understanding, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they rediscover those strengths. I am especially drawn to working with individuals who are curious about understanding themselves on a deeper level and exploring the wisdom that exists within their own experiences.

My Approach

I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate and honor the lived experience of each person. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed framework and draws primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment theory, mindfulness and somatic-informed interventions. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I aim to help clients better understand the protective parts of themselves, challenge limiting beliefs, strengthen relationships and cultivate lasting healing and compassion for self and others. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

Personal Interests

Outside of my practice, I enjoy traveling and love visiting Disney, any National Park, or taking spontaneous road trips. I'm naturally curious and love learning so you'll often find me reading nonfiction, researching family history, creating art and other projects or spending time outside on our 15 acres with my husband and children.

Appointments

I currently offer telehealth appointments to individuals 16 and older throughout Oregon.
