I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, and the lasting impact of trauma and attachment wounds. My approach is collaborative, gentle, and holistic—I believe you are the expert on your own inner world. I’m here as a compassionate companion on your journey, helping you reconnect with your strengths, deepen your self-trust, and create lasting change.

I draw from a person-centered and trauma-informed lens, and integrate tools from CBT, EMDR, and attachment-based therapies. Whether you're just beginning therapy or returning to deepen your work, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

I offer both remote and in-person appointments.
