Hi, I’m Jill: I have a passion for walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe we all encounter seasons and/or experiences where the weight of it all feels too heavy to carry alone. I see my role as a counselor in coming alongside and helping lighten that load. Whether you are seeking healing from past experiences, clarity for the future, or support through a current season, I’m honored to walk this road with you.

My approach to therapy is a collaborative journey, one where we work together to uncover your strengths, build resilience, and discover new ways of moving forward with hope. I will create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. I counsel with empathy, curiosity, and respect. I also welcome conversations about faith and spirituality for those who wish to integrate it into their healing journey.

I have a special focus in working with individuals who are 18 years and older who are impacted by trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship concerns. Additionally, I bring a deep understanding of military culture and the unique struggles service members and their families face as I am an Army veteran with eight years of counseling military service members.

I offer virtual sessions only.
