Jessica L Corp LPC CADC I (she/her/hers)
Jessica brings warmth, clarity, candor, and deep relational presence to her work as a clinical supervisor, consultant, and Clinical Director of Hart NW Counseling. She specializes in helping clinicians, leaders, and healing professionals navigate the in-between spaces of practice and identity—the transitions between what was, what is, and what is becoming.
Her professional background includes years of experience in community mental health, hospital systems, addiction treatment, private practice, and emerging psychedelic care models. She has worked extensively with complex trauma, chaotic substance use, severe and persistent mental health concerns, burnout, and systems under strain. These experiences shaped her belief that sustainable care begins by supporting the people who provide it.
Jessica now focuses her professional energy on clinical supervision, consultation, and building ethical, resilient systems of care. She helps therapists and helping professionals strengthen clinical judgment, deepen relational skill, navigate complexity, and build careers that are both meaningful and sustainable.
She is especially passionate about helping clinicians move beyond rigid models and create work that is grounded, embodied, ethical, and authentically their own.
